About
Hi! I’m a first year PhD student in the computer science and engineering department at UC San Diego, advised by Professor Sean Gao. Previously, I studied aerospace engineering with a minor in computer science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign researching under Professor Huy Tran.
I have a broad interest in science and physical applications of sequential decision making problems including reinforcement learning and learning from suboptimal experts. I am particularly interested in exploring how ideas from control theory and physics can improve learning algorithms.
