About
Hi! I’m a second year PhD student in the computer science and engineering department at UC San Diego, advised by Professor Sean Gao. Previously, I studied aerospace engineering with a minor in computer science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign researching under Professor Huy Tran.
I have a broad interest in data-driven control for scientific and physical applications, including reinforcement learning and learning from imperfect experts. I am particularly interested in how ideas from control theory and physics can improve the safety and robustness of learning algorithms for high-dimensional systems.
